I worked with Aperol Spritz over a 4 year period, creating a series of social campaigns aimed at shifting brand awareness and creating desire

Challenge
In 2017-2018 Aperol had rapidly gained awareness within a young millennial audience.

Our challenge was to continue that awareness trajectory with other demographics – without losing appeal to the ones who found us first.

Idea

La vita é bella
(Life is beautiful)

Enjoyable time spent with loved ones creates fulfilment.

Execution
Campaigns included 30+ pieces of tailored, persona-specific content – each highlighting appealing yet real-life scenarios, all with Aperol Spritz playing a role in the storyline.

Fit for platform content, such as vertical lifestyle images for Pinterest, and reels for Instagram

We were the first to create branded gifs for Instagram stories, generating 16 million views in the first week


In 2017, only 19% of Australians knew about Aperol Spritz.

In 2019, 63% of Australians knew about Aperol Spritz.
